Drive partner performance reviews and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Digital Experience &amp; Journeys:<\/strong> Own the card customer journeys across app, web, and partner touchpoints: acquisition (digital apply), approval\/activation, card delivery, onboarding, reward earning\/redemption and servicing. Work with Product &amp; UX to ensure frictionless, branded flows and seamless integration with MUSE catalogue and benefits. Conduct QA, monitor funnel conversion metrics and iterate on experience to remove drop-offs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Commercial Performance &amp; Analytics:<\/strong> Track core KPIs: acquisition volume, activation rate, average spend per active card, retention, share of wallet, redemption frequency, NPS and portfolio economics.
