Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support growth across the MENA region as an HR Business Partner, blending strategic planning with hands-on HR execution to drive onboarding, performance, employee relations, and development initiatives.
  • Work closely with regional and global leadership to deliver HR solutions aligned with immediate needs and long-term business objectives.
  • Lead projects on workforce planning, engagement, compliance, and scalable HR policies.

Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Collaborate with leadership and global HR to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Identify long-term talent requirements and contribute to workforce planning.
  • Ensure integrated HR practices across regions.

Talent Acquisition & Development:

  • Support talent acquisition and onboarding activities to rapidly scale teams.
  • Implement and manage performance management systems.
  • Develop and execute professional development and training programs.

Employee Relations, Engagement & Compliance:

  • Address employee relations issues proactively and compliantly.
  • Develop initiatives for employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Establish, update, and maintain scalable HR policies in line with local law.

Operational Excellence & Collaboration:

  • Streamline HR processes for scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Provide hands-on support for HR operations and projects.
  • Lead payroll processing for timely, accurate payments and ensure benefits provisions.
  • Ensure full compliance with MENA labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and leverage best practices within HR teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an HRBP or HR Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of MENA employment laws and HR best practices
  • Hands-on experience in payroll management
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • High level of ownership and accountability
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Business-level proficiency in English (CEFR B2 or above)
