Job Description

Description Hypemasters is a fast-growing game development company that creates cutting-edge mobile and PC games, focusing on innovation, creativity, and engaging gameplay. We are seeking a temporary skilled 2D artist to join our team to specialise in creating captivating avatars, frames, and main images for various events.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and create diverse avatars representing different themes, characters, or personas relevant to the event.
  • Develop visually appealing frames or borders to enhance event-related images or content.
  • Conceptualise and produce engaging main images or banners that effectively communicate the essence and purpose of the event.
  • Actively participate in feedback sessions, iterate on designs based on feedback received, and ensure final deliverables meet stakeholders' expectations.
  • Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality artwork within specified timelines.
  • Generate innovative and original artwork ideas that align with the event's objectives and resonate with the target audience.
  • Ensure all artwork produced meets quality standards, including resolution, colour accuracy, and file formats suitable for various platforms and devices.

Requirements:

  • Essential to have a portfolio showcasing previous work that demonstrates proficiency in avatar creation, frame design, and main image creation in the same style as our game.
  • Ability to work with MidJourney or any other AI design tool.
  • Strong artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in 2D design principles and techniques.
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with unique and engaging visual concepts that capture the audience's attention.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, interpret briefs and convey ideas visually.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of 3D software (especially Blender) and the ability to work in Unity will be a great advantage.
