Responsibilities
- Identify and drive pipeline growth in the MENA region.
- Build and execute a successful regional business plan.
- Achieve ARR bookings targets and develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage go-to-market activities and enhance the brand’s presence in the region.
- Identify high-potential customers and orchestrate complex sales cycles.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Take innovative solutions to market to drive sales growth.
- Accurate forecasting and execution against regional sales plan.
- Use consultative sales techniques for enterprise customers.
- Travel approximately 70% across key MENA markets.
Requirements
- Based in UAE or KSA with a valid work permit.
- Minimum 7 years experience in IT, ideally with enterprise cybersecurity software.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets in acquisition sales business.
- Proven ability to win new business with large enterprise customers.
- Ability to create and build net new pipeline (majority focus).
- Experience building and executing successful sales plans.
- Strong ability to drive sales through ecosystem partners.
- Experience in high-growth, scale-out businesses and challenger brands.
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to articulate cybersecurity value to C-level executives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience selling enterprise software solutions.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- References required.
