Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive pipeline growth in the MENA region.
  • Build and execute a successful regional business plan.
  • Achieve ARR bookings targets and develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage go-to-market activities and enhance the brand’s presence in the region.
  • Identify high-potential customers and orchestrate complex sales cycles.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Take innovative solutions to market to drive sales growth.
  • Accurate forecasting and execution against regional sales plan.
  • Use consultative sales techniques for enterprise customers.
  • Travel approximately 70% across key MENA markets.

Requirements

  • Based in UAE or KSA with a valid work permit.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in IT, ideally with enterprise cybersecurity software.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets in acquisition sales business.
  • Proven ability to win new business with large enterprise customers.
  • Ability to create and build net new pipeline (majority focus).
  • Experience building and executing successful sales plans.
  • Strong ability to drive sales through ecosystem partners.
  • Experience in high-growth, scale-out businesses and challenger brands.
  • Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to articulate cybersecurity value to C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • References required.
