Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of schools in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa through regular engagement, communication, and onsite visits.
  • Creatively use communication tools to maximize meaningful client interaction.
  • Partner with regional leads to identify opportunities for client engagement through events and digital communities.
  • Leverage internal teams (Support, Implementation, Professional Development) to address client needs.
  • Provide consultative partnerships to optimize product and service outcomes for clients.
  • Track and analyze client portfolio health, identifying and addressing at-risk situations with regional leaders.
  • Meet retention and renewal goals through strong relationship management and communication.
  • Manage past-due invoices (60+ days).
  • Identify and execute micro-campaigns to drive client engagement and growth.
  • Prospect cross-sell and upsell opportunities for the Sales team and partner closely to nurture these leads.
