Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key account manager for schools in the UAE region.
  • Work directly with schools to ensure a high-quality customer experience for both new and existing clients.
  • Drive business growth through onboarding, retention, and rollout of the Komodo platform at schools.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies for educational partners.
  • Conduct quarterly customer reviews, lead training sessions, participate in webinars, create content for customers, and deliver effective workshops.
  • Support the growth of Komodo’s school community and client network in the UAE.
  • Achieve annual KPIs to support company growth.
  • Collaborate with in-market team members to run events and community gatherings.
  • Manage your own full-time work schedule, covering core responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer success or equivalent experience
  • Experience across the full customer sales cycle
  • Strong grasp of customer success processes
  • Account management and contract growth experience
  • Proven ability to deliver training sessions and presentations (in-person and virtual)
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Availability to travel as needed internationally and domestically
  • UAE residence
  • UAE driving license and own a car
  • Exceptional communication, both verbal and written
  • Able to work fully remote and manage time zone crossovers with HQ
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to frequent change

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in or with the education sector
  • Conference speaking experience
  • Content creation for customer engagement or workshops
