1140 - Lead Developer/Architect Web3

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture of the platform and guide key build decisions
• Lead and orchestrate the existing development team through sprint cycles
• Drive hands-on full-stack development alongside the team
• Implement and oversee wallet integrations, transaction safety, and security best practices on Solana
• Ensure game logic and mechanics (poker, slots, fantasy sports) are built to industry standards

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a lead developer or architect on production platforms (at least 2 years)
• Strong full-stack development background (at least 2 years)
• Solana experience (must-have)
• Experience in gaming, specifically casino gaming, poker, or slots
• Working knowledge of blockchain fundamentals (wallets, on-chain transactions, security)
• Excellent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Rust and/or Anchor framework experience
• TypeScript/JavaScript with React or Next.js
• Experience with provably fair game mechanics or RNG systems
