About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture of the platform and guide key build decisions
- Lead and orchestrate the existing development team through sprint cycles
- Drive hands-on full-stack development alongside the team
- Implement and oversee wallet integrations, transaction safety, and security best practices on Solana
- Ensure game logic and mechanics (poker, slots, fantasy sports) are built to industry standards
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a lead developer or architect on production platforms (at least 2 years)
- Strong full-stack development background (at least 2 years)
- Solana experience (must-have)
- Experience in gaming, specifically casino gaming, poker, or slots
- Working knowledge of blockchain fundamentals (wallets, on-chain transactions, security)
- Excellent English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Rust and/or Anchor framework experience
- TypeScript/JavaScript with React or Next.js
- Experience with provably fair game mechanics or RNG systems
