1146 - Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build an internal operational hub to capture client requests and manage projects
• Develop a client portal for visibility into estimates, revision requests, and project status
• Create an internal dashboard for monitoring team productivity and project management standards
• Design and develop client intake forms and workflows to replace spreadsheet processes
• Develop responsive web and native mobile experiences via React Native
• Own system architecture, design, and scalability decisions for internal tools
• Build clean, intuitive interfaces and user flows using modern component libraries
• Collaborate with external development groups and eventually take full ownership of the database
• Contribute to the development roadmap and prioritize technical work
• Partner with leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions

Requirements

• 3-5 Years of experience as a full-stack engineer
• Strong background in system architecture, design, and scalability
• Strong product sense and an eye for clean, usable interfaces
• Experience shaping customer/user flows
• Comfortable working across both desktop and mobile
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
• Self-starter capable of high-autonomy ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, and Node.js
• Proficiency in Next.js and Tailwind CSS
• Experience with React Native for mobile development
• Knowledge of GraphQL
• Familiarity with Auth0, Vercel, Netlify, Railway, or Render
• Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD
• Familiarity with Lovable.dev
