Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions from origination to closing
• Build business and financial models and perform valuation analyses
• Assist in designing client meeting documents on strategic alternatives, M&A and corporate finance
• Conduct research and synthesize complex analyses into actionable conclusions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering or related field
• Actively pursuing a full-time degree with graduation between June 2027 and June 2028
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the internship duration
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of corporate finance principles and methodologies
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Additional language skills
