About the role
Responsibilities
- Work on transactions including sell-sides, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations, private placements, and leveraged buyouts
- Perform financial analysis and modeling
- Draft client presentations and memoranda
- Conduct financial and business-related research
- Coordinate complex, time-sensitive processes
- Assist in transaction execution and client-facing situations
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a full-time university student or a recent graduate
- Graduation date between June 2026 - June 2027
- Available to start from January 2027
- Basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance
- Arabic language preferred but not mandatory
- CV must be uploaded in PDF format
