About the role
Responsibilities
- Support client teams on day-to-day strategic communications programmes
- Conduct research and analysis on industries, stakeholders and media landscapes
- Support development of communications strategies, key messages and engagement approaches
- Draft press releases, briefing notes, talking points, Q&As and client content
- Monitor and analyse traditional and digital media coverage
- Support client meetings, executive engagements, speaking opportunities and events
- Contribute to new business proposals, research and pitch development
Requirements
- Wanting to build a career in communications and PR
- Penultimate year of study (graduating 2028), expected 2:1 degree or equivalent
- Available for a 10-week internship from June 14 to August 20, 2027
- Excellent writing, analytical and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in business, current affairs and stakeholder issues
- Understanding of traditional, digital and social media
- Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
