3D Artist

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, realistic textures and skin variations for weapons and props
• Prepare and polish weapon and prop models for texturing with clean UVs
• Optimize textures and materials for mobile device performance
• Maintain visual consistency across all skins and materials in collaboration with the art lead
• Iterate on feedback quickly in a fast-paced production environment
• Collaborate with developers and technical artists for engine integration

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in 3D art
• Solid understanding of realistic texturing (materials, roughness, dirt, wear)
• Proficiency with Substance Painter and Photoshop
• Proficiency with Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max
• Basic knowledge of mobile platform optimization techniques
• Portfolio demonstrating prop and weapon texturing
• English B1+ level
• Russian C1 level

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Unity or other mobile game engines
• Understanding of PBR workflows and mobile rendering constraints
• Interest in survival shooters or realistic art
