3D Product & Packaging Designer - Fixed Term

Responsibilities

• Support the creative vision of the brand through innovative solutions that elevate brand identity and optimize consumer experience
• Develop optimized product packaging from concept through 3D renders to print-ready artwork
• Analyze design briefs to determine key deliverables and conceptualize based on requirements
• Collaborate with marketing, NPD, regulatory, and production teams to ensure alignment from concept to execution
• Maintain high design quality and alignment with brand guidelines
• Stay current with design, packaging, and unboxing trends within the beauty industry

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product/packaging design with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in 3D design and rendering software (e.g., Rhino, KeyShot, SolidWorks)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Strong experience in print design
• Interest or experience in AI tools to enhance creative output
• Ability to translate creative briefs into visually appealing designs
