About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily academic and administrative documentation
- Oversee daily and weekly attendance processes for multiple classes
- Compile and maintain placement test, assessment, and examination records
- Translate weekly reports and lesson plans from English to Arabic
- Report operational issues or incidents during training sessions
- Liaise with trainers, management, and clients to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English
- Mandatory teaching or academic background
- Proven experience in educational or academic administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Currently residing in the UAE
