Accenture Commodity Markets & Trading Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project and client teams on complex business issues across core capability areas
• Own end-to-end delivery of engagements and large-scale programs, managing quality and commercial performance
• Review, direct and quality-assure project analysis
• Lead senior client interviews, workshops and C-suite presentations
• Work on strategy, due diligence, trading and risk management set-up, operating model design and analytics
• Own senior executive client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Lead, coach and develop project teams and managers
• Originate business development and shape client proposals
• Develop and coach other Accenture strategists

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a leading academic institution
• 8-10 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or relevant industry role
• Knowledge of global market operations, commodity trends and/or global equity markets
• Exposure to commodity/energy markets or capital markets
• Track record in engagement and program management and team leadership
• Strong quantitative skills, Excel/VBA minimum
• Experience in business case development and financial analysis
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or master's degree
• Exposure to digital, analytics and applied intelligence
