About the role
Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill user access, mailbox, group membership, and service account requests
- Perform access validation, troubleshooting, and entitlement corrections
- Execute provisioning and deprovisioning across AD, email systems, and integrated applications
- Support access reviews, remediation, reporting, and audit readiness
- Investigate recurring access issues and recommend process improvements
- Manage provisioning and deprovisioning in Saviynt IGA for SAP systems
- Validate failed provisioning jobs, connector issues, and sync discrepancies
Requirements
- Experience with access provisioning and deprovisioning
- Hands-on knowledge of Saviynt IGA
- SAP entitlement mapping exposure
- Familiarity with AD and email systems
- Strong ticket hygiene and documentation discipline
- Spanish proficiency
- B1 English
