About the role
Responsibilities
- Support, coordinate, and execute strategic activities for support-designated program accounts
- Maintain and regularly update customer program details and deliverables
- Perform sales activities and follow-ups, including product loads and sample management
- Provide merchandising and sourcing support
- Conduct weekly reviews of Negative Available-to-Promise (ATP)
- Interact with Purchasing and Production to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Evaluate customer feedback to determine product feasibility
- Assist in planning and executing program awareness activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 0-1+ years of experience
- Previous Sales or Marketing experience preferred
- Ability to interact with various department levels
- Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness
- Microsoft Office experience, Excel proficiency
