About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key airline and hotel partner stakeholders
- Create client sourcing strategy based on market insights and report on savings matrix
- Prepare and conduct domestic and international site inspections
- Coordinate weekly client meetings and manage action logs
- Manage crew feedback via portal and supplier performance improvement plans
- Coach Account Managers and maintain contracts in Salesforce and ACES
Requirements
- 7+ years in category management procurement and sourcing
- Proven track record negotiating major strategic deals
- Extensive contracting experience and contract law knowledge
- Strong supplier relationship management skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MCIPS qualification
- Travel industry, airline or hotel sector experience
- Experience dealing with trade unions
