About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop direct sales teams and distribution channels to grow medical and non-medical business lines
- Manage the direct business portfolio and provide high-level service to clients
- Conduct product presentations internally and externally
- Identify market trends and target customer needs to recommend service offerings
- Work with underwriters to retain existing business and develop new corporate and individual accounts
- Liaise with operational areas to ensure quality service for medical customers
- Ensure timely collection of payments
- Analyze internal workflows and implement new strategies and procedures
- Conduct quarterly and monthly reviews with clients
Requirements
- Graduate degree or 1-2 years of experience in sales or client servicing
- BIBF Diploma in Insurance, LOMA, or FLMI preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency in English; bilingual preferred
