About the role
Responsibilities
- Own retention and expansion of a named portfolio of medium-to-large Diversified accounts
- Build Strategic Account Plans tied to client objectives and measurable KPIs
- Lead renewal negotiations with Legal, Finance and Procurement and close multi-year contracts
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Customer Success
- Forecast opportunities and maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce
Requirements
- BA or BS degree
- 8+ years selling into Strategic or Enterprise accounts
- Documented history of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strategic account planning and execution skills
- Experience negotiating and closing multi-year service contracts
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time

- Healthcare data experience
