Guidewheel is on a mission to empower all the world’s factories to reach sustainable peak performance. Their plug-and-play FactoryOps platform makes the power of the cloud accessible to any factory by turning machine real-time data into an actively learning system.
Responsibilities
- Drive a land and expand sales motion, securing initial wins and growing accounts over time
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision
- Own pipeline creation by leveraging BDRs, partners, and self-sourcing
- Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Become a product expert and develop strong knowledge of the manufacturing domain
- Multi-thread sales engagements across diverse personas, from individual contributors to C-level executives
Requirements
- 3–5 years of SaaS sales experience closing deals with ACV ≥ $50K
- Experience selling in the manufacturing industry
- Proven success in land and expand sales motions
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed
- Skilled at competing against legacy solutions and better-known competitors
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Benefits
- Annual base salary ranging from $85,000 - $100,000
- On-target-earnings (OTE) ranging from $170,000 - $200,000
