About the role
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day client relationships and develop understanding of client business and goals
- Prepare meeting agendas, participate in calls, and capture decisions and follow-ups
- Translate client feedback into clear direction for internal teams
- Manage projects from kickoff through delivery, including scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate work across account, strategy, creative, web, and PR teams
- Research creators, partners, vendors, and venues that align with client goals
- Support outreach, vetting, contracting, and logistics for influencer and event programs
- Contribute ideas during brainstorms and planning sessions
- Assist with campaign and project reporting by gathering results and identifying takeaways
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Resourceful and curious mindset
- Ability to work in a remote team environment
- Experience with project tracking and documentation
