Job description
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach, community engagement, and conferences
- Drive deals from first contact through close, including discovery, demos, negotiation, and contract execution
- Collaborate with Business Development to target high-potential prospects and refine go-to-market approach
- Manage and forecast pipeline activity using CRM tools
- Build trusted relationships with GCs, CFOs, and legal operations leaders
- Focus on the financial industry, specifically Asset Management and Private Equity/Hedge Fund spaces
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in governance, LegalTech, or enterprise SaaS
- Or 5+ years of experience working with legal or executive stakeholders in a client-facing capacity
- Proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals ($30K-$150K+ ARR)
- Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills
- Willingness to travel and work within an international organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to Private Equity, Asset Managers, and other Financial Institutions
- Deep understanding of corporate governance, legal operations, or compliance workflows
- Entrepreneurial mindset
