Responsibilities
- Organize company meetings and presentations
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals
- Communicate key product benefits to all members of a client's decision-making group, from receptionists to CEOs
- Drive results in an outbound and solution-based sales environment
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Documented experience in outbound appointment setting and product introduction
- Proven ability to understand complex product offerings and communicate value
- Strong individual performance with a team-player mindset
- Ability to meet goals and deadlines in a results-oriented environment
- Motivation driven by daily and hourly successes
