Responsibilities

  • Organize company meetings and presentations
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals
  • Communicate key product benefits to all members of a client's decision-making group, from receptionists to CEOs
  • Drive results in an outbound and solution-based sales environment

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Documented experience in outbound appointment setting and product introduction
  • Proven ability to understand complex product offerings and communicate value
  • Strong individual performance with a team-player mindset
  • Ability to meet goals and deadlines in a results-oriented environment
  • Motivation driven by daily and hourly successes
