Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Own retention sales process from start to finish for assigned portfolio using ValueSelling methodology
  • Ensure MikMak solutions align with customer objectives and deliver business impact
  • Maintain Salesforce records including account health, contacts, and renewal/expansion opportunities
  • Manage renewal pipeline for regular revenue forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to prioritize customer needs
  • Travel up to 25%

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a revenue-carrying role, preferably in SaaS
  • 2+ years of experience working with CPG brands and Marketing, eCommerce, or IT personas
  • Background in Media, Shoppable Media, Where to Buy Technology, or MMM
  • Experience managing SMB and Mid-Market accounts
  • Proven experience negotiating and closing contracts
  • Proficiency using Salesforce
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
