About the role
About the Company
The Growth Center is a high-growth Business Development company serving B2B SaaS companies. We are building a team of A-players to join us on the journey to make a positive impact in the B2B business world.
Responsibilities
- Running demonstration calls with qualified leads
- Managing the sales pipeline and forecasting revenue in our CRM
- Building relationships with prospects and guiding them through the decision-making process
- Negotiating contracts and closing new client partnerships
- Collaborating with Account Managers to ensure smooth client handoff post-sale
- Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Representing The Growth Center with professionalism and credibility in the B2B marketplace
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, account executive, or account management roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience conducting discovery calls, demos, and closing high-value deals
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS/Services industry and sales cycles
- Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to negotiate contracts and structure deals with business decision-makers
- Experience working with SDR or Lead Generation teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
