About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an integrated communications calendar
- Maintain an up-to-date media kit and corporate content
- Develop press releases, articles, speeches and interview materials
- Lead proactive media engagement and coordinate media relations for events
- Monitor reputation issues and support crisis preparedness and response
- Develop the annual social media roadmap and manage day-to-day channel activity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in PR, communications, journalism, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years in public relations, corporate communications or account management
- Professional fluency in English and Arabic
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Proven media-relations experience
- Working knowledge of crisis communications
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency or embedded client environment experience
- Experience developing social media roadmaps
