About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners
- Ensure partner satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support
- Analyze sales, operational and engagement data to recommend improvements
- Identify growth opportunities, upsell services and coordinate marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics and Operations to resolve partner issues
- Negotiate and renew commercial agreements and monitor service-level compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 2-5 years in account management, sales or partner success
- Strong analytical skills with dashboards and Excel or Google Sheets
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food tech, FMCG or e-commerce
