Account Manager (Arabic Speaking)

Responsibilities

• Offer a premium experience for clients by understanding business goals and ensuring Doctify meets them
• Build relationships with a portfolio of clients to ensure satisfaction and increased revenues
• Conduct client meetings over the phone, virtually, and in person
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate client needs internally
• Convey best practice examples that drive ROI and engagement
• Develop strong relationships with internal teams to support accounts

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic
• Proven experience within account management, sales, or a similar field
• Commercial-focused mindset with a customer-centric approach esting
• Natural communication skills for phone, virtual, and in-person engagement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment
