Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Support client onboarding and guide them through integrations and product launches
- Work with internal teams to deliver timely solutions
- Collect, organize, and share promotions from providers with clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Provide regular updates and KPI reports to clients and management
- Monitor the iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities
- Resolve client issues quickly and effectively
- Participate in industry events and client meetings
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success
- Mandatory iGaming industry experience
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded with analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events

- Experience with CRM and project management tools
