Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Support client onboarding and guide them through integrations and product launches
• Work with internal teams to deliver timely solutions
• Collect, organize, and share promotions from providers with clients
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Provide regular updates and KPI reports to clients and management
• Monitor the iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities
• Resolve client issues quickly and effectively
• Participate in industry events and client meetings

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success
• Mandatory iGaming industry experience
• Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded with analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events

• Experience with CRM and project management tools
