About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee, coordinate, and execute strategic activities for support-designated program accounts
- Maintain and update customer program details and deliverables
- Perform sales activities including product loads, sample management, and merchandising support
- Conduct special order bidding, processing, and follow up
- Review Performance Analysis Review (PAR) reports to ensure customer satisfaction
- Execute customer retention and recovery strategies
- Interact with Purchasing and Production to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Plan and execute program awareness activities
- Manage timelines, project-related activities, and KPIs
Requirements
- Promotional Products industry experience is required
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager
- Previous Sales experience required
- Ability to interact with various department levels
- Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness
- Microsoft Office experience and Excel proficiency
