Account Manager, Business Banking - Business Banking

Responsibilities

• Manage existing Small Enterprise (SE) relationships and originate new SE relationships in business communities
• Achieve financial and non-financial objectives by meeting customer borrowing and non-borrowing needs
• Source new-to-bank customers and generate business leads from walk-in customers
• Focus on relationship management, up-selling, and cross-selling bank products
• Conduct annual and periodic credit facility reviews and recommend appropriate facilities
• Monitor assigned relationships to ensure satisfactory account conduct and
• Maintain portfolio quality through KYC reviews, due diligence, and AML procedures
• Implement control aspects including documentation, client visits, and stock inspections

Requirements

• Banking sales and service experience with proven relationship management qualities
• Advanced vocational knowledge of Credit, Trade, Operating systems, and Legal matters
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant banking experience in local or international markets
• MBA, CA, or a regular graduate with adequate relevant experience
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team
