About the role
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with existing corporate clients and intermediaries
- Develop strategic client plans, renewal proposals and product recommendations
- Partner with Underwriting on renewal terms and product proposals
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within the client portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues and deliver client materials
- Manage contractual commitments, invoicing, forecasts and management information
Requirements
- Minimum five years of client management experience in health insurance
- Experience with insurers or insurance policies in African markets
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Ability to manage a portfolio of clients and multiple priorities independently
- Ability to resolve complex claims-related and client issues
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
- Ability to travel when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Agile project management
- French or Portuguese language skills
