About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive inbound sales growth and identify new leads
- Advise customers and build strong relationships through customer service
- Prepare email sequences and respond promptly to customer emails
- Conduct online platform demos of SaaS escrow products
- Create and negotiate offers to close deals
- Upsell to active customers
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience with a record of meeting targets
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Problem-solving and time management skills
- Comfortable with technology platforms and online demos
- Comfortable working US hours
