Job description

The Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with key clients and intermediaries to maximize revenue and retention of profitable accounts. This remote role supports client negotiations, renewal strategy, cross-selling and serves as the main contact between clients and underwriting/risk teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as central point of contact for clients and intermediaries
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and renewal offers
  • Collaborate with underwriters to price quotes and structure commercial terms
  • Manage renewals; identify and mitigate portfolio risks ahead of renewal
  • Develop and execute cross-selling strategies for existing accounts
  • Forecast and track account metrics; keep accurate client transaction records
  • Coordinate internally to ensure timely policy renewals and regulatory compliance
  • Support sales team with prospect outreach and business growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Credit insurance
  • Banking experience
  • MS Office
  • P&C license
  • Client negotiation

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in credit insurance, banking, claims or factoring
  • Experience working with underwriters and pricing tools
  • Strong consultative selling and account growth track record
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work across time zones; experience with remote client servicing
