Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key clients and intermediaries
• Maximize revenue and retention of profitable clients within the mid market portfolio
• Implement marketing action plans and support targeted growth initiatives
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups
• Prepare proposals, bids, and price quotations
• Coordinate with underwriting, risk, and commercial teams for renewals
• Monitor sales performance against targets and promote cross-selling
• Ensure sound commercial underwriting practices and adherence to compliance standards

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Account Management within the Insurance industry
• Strong experience in Credit Insurance preferred
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking or equivalent
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• Expertise in contract management and the full contract lifecycle
• Ability to manage complex international client programs
