About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key clients and intermediaries
- Maximize revenue and retention of profitable clients within the CGS portfolio
- Implement CGS Marketing Action Plans and maintain market intelligence
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and provide high-quality service
- Coordinate with underwriting, risk, and commercial teams for proposals and renewals
- Promote cross-selling and upselling of Coface products
- Ensure sound commercial underwriting practices and adherence to regulatory compliance
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Account Management within the Insurance industry
- Strong experience in Credit Insurance is preferred
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking or equivalent
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Expertise in contract management and technical policy wording
- Ability to manage complex international client programs

What we look for
- 5-10 years insurance account management experience
- Credit Insurance experience preferred
- Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
- Negotiation and relationship management skills
