Account Manager, District Cooling Vertical

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a UAE District Cooling market growth plan
• Identify and pursue strategic district cooling opportunities across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with major district cooling providers, operators, and master developers
• Engage EPC contractors during concept, FEED, tender, and project execution stages
• Position Carrier's portfolio of high-efficiency centrifugal chillers and plant optimization solutions
• Influence project specifications and technical requirements at an early stage
• Conduct technical workshops and product presentations for consultants and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• 8–15 years of relevant experience in HVAC, District Cooling, Utilities, Infrastructure, or Energy industries
• Proven track record in strategic key account management and complex B2B sales
• Strong understanding of the UAE construction and district cooling market
• Experience managing opportunities from early project development through award

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network of relationships with major UAE district cooling providers and operators
• Experience in specification management and influencing equipment selection
• Experience developing framework agreements and long-term customer partnerships
• Understanding of sustainability and energy-efficiency solutions
