Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, develop and close new business for the Risk & Compliance product portfolio
• Manage existing portfolio of Risk and Compliance clients to ensure retention and increase contract value
• Work with senior management and marketing to support sales objectives
• Match appropriate Risk & Compliance solutions to customer requirements using a solution sales approach
• Maintain relationships with external facilitators and technology companies
• Contribute thought leadership regarding strategic direction and product roadmap

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling to Financial Institutions and Government Entities
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Degree level education
• Experience selling information or compliance tools to senior business decision makers
• Extensive knowledge of compliance regulation across the Middle East region
• Ability to drive new business and upsell to existing customers
• Ability to handle multiple activities and reprioritize to achieve revenue goals
