Account Manager - Events & Exhibitions

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective creative briefs
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and deliverables
• Work towards agreed targets and KPIs
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and generate additional business
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the project team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Events, Advertising, or Marketing
• Strong knowledge and experience in the UAE events/marketing industry
• Proven experience managing clients and projects
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
• Target- and KPI-driven mindset
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai
• UAE market experience is highly preferred
