Account Manager I

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction
• Drive partner performance through business reviews, data insights, and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to execute growth initiatives
• Identify and resolve partner concerns swiftly to ensure a high-quality experience
• Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Support onboarding and training of new partners to set them up for success
• Advocate internally for partner needs and work with relevant teams to drive platform improvements

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in account management, partner success, business development, or similar roles
• Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and influencing decision-making
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• A problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
