About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop long-lasting relationships as main contact for grocery and supermarket partners
- Drive growth of existing non-food accounts and onboard new high-value brands
- Analyze account performance data including GTV, order frequency and basket size
- Run periodic partner performance business reviews and plan next steps
- Work with Marketing, Supply Chain, Catalog, Customer Care and Finance teams
- Demonstrate value of advertising and in-app promotions to grocery partners
Requirements
- At least 2 years in account management of enterprise accounts
- Experience in grocery, FMCG, retail or e-commerce preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup experience in a high-growth environment
