About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
- Communicate with clients to understand and address their needs
- Help resolve issues and track client processes
- Deliver exceptional day-to-day client service
- Act as liaison between customers and internal teams
- Develop key relationships across accounts
- Meet sales goals with current and new customers
Requirements
- 3-5 years in customer support and/or account management
- Track record of increasing client satisfaction, adoption and retention
- Understanding of the account management journey
- Experience with agile processes and development-ready stories
- Prior experience with SaaS platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
