Job Squad is an international, multilingual, and multicultural recruitment agency. We connect talent with opportunities worldwide and are now launching a dedicated recruitment service for the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential hospitality clients
  • Build and execute strategies to grow this new service line
  • Convert leads into long-term clients
  • Provide insights into the hospitality sector, including market challenges and opportunities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling to future partners

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B business development
  • Background in the hospitality industry is a great asset
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a start-up environment
  • Ability to work fully remotely during CET business hours
  • Must operate as a freelancer
