About the role
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of customer relationships from onboarding through renewal, ensuring adoption and retention
- Act as a trusted advisor providing strategic recommendations to align influencer programs with business goals
- Oversee influencer campaign delivery from kickoff through reporting, ensuring content quality and KPI alignment
- Lead strategic business reviews (SBRs) and campaign wrap reports
- Project manage campaigns by delegating tasks to Coordinators and Co-Ops
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, Research, and Product teams
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights
Requirements
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, written and verbal
- 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or social media
- Proven success acting as a strategic advisor for clients
- Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple accounts
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
