Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across Finland, Sweden, and selected European markets
- Proactively reach out to cold leads via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels
- Build trust-based relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers
- Sell headhunting services, executive search, and psychometric assessment solutions
- Collaborate with the delivery team to align client needs with the recruitment process
- Spot new market opportunities and help shape go-to-market strategies
- Manage and track sales pipeline using CRM systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate client acquisition
- Hunter mentality with experience in prospecting and opening new doors
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Fluency in English and either Finnish or Swedish
- Experience selling recruitment, HR, consulting, or SaaS services is highly valued
