About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct sales for assigned accounts, from inquiry to order
- Generate and nurture leads, converting them into orders
- Drive and own frame and fleet agreements to grow accounts
- Develop value-based quotes and follow up on them
- Conduct regular account reviews and track competitor activity
- Use CRM consistently to support the sales process
Requirements
- 6+ years sales experience in oil and gas, energy or HVAC
- Proven sales and negotiation track record
- Key account management experience
- Networking, relationship building and customer ownership
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering
