About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for government clients
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to government agencies
- Oversee content production, including drafting and editing posts and captions
- Manage community interactions, social listening, and moderation
- Track performance and produce dashboards and insights
- Assist with new business efforts, including RFPs and proposals
- Provide mentorship and QA support to junior team members
Requirements
- Extensive experience in social media strategy and account management
- Proven success with government or public sector clients
- Strong command of major platforms like TikTok, X, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Proficiency with social tools and analytics such as Sprinklr or Hootsuite
- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to accuracy and compliance
- Bi-lingual proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred
